Job Summary
Working as a Licensed Master Electrician, you will be responsible for all electrical projects sold. Review all sold job folders and verify all electrical work is completed to code and to all the specified Generator Supercenter requirements.
Responsibilities
- Register your license with the appropriate municipalities, counties, townships, etc
- Trace wiring and troubleshoot problems
- Assist in load-testing generator packages
- Assist in other phases of preparation and setting of power generation equipment and products such as trenching, piping, mechanical components, and civil assembly for setting power generation packages
- Electrical technician - ability to read wiring diagrams
- Have a clear understanding of AC/DC WIRING as it pertains to duties
- Perform proper installation of all electrical equipment required to complete the fabrication of projects (i.e. brackets, conduit, wiring, end devices, panels, etc
- Be proficient with measuring and electrical testing equipment
- Promote good welfare among the company and its divisions
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must have previous electrical experience, some on-the-job training is available
- High School Diploma or GED
- AC and DC electrical experience is a plus
- Must have a working knowledge of the licensed wireman position and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
- Must promote and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
- Good people skills with the ability to communicate well with others
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
