Position: Data Entry Clerk 

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $580 - $800 per week

Job Description: is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and supporting various departments as needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data in various systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Review and verify data for discrepancies, ensuring that all entries are correct.
• Organize and maintain paper and digital records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Assist with preparing reports and generating necessary documents from entered data.
• Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and document management.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and process required information..

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or data management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of data entry software or CRM systems is advantageous.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
