Job Title: Document Entry Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Document Entry Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for validating automatically classified documents, extracting data from digital documents, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of documents converted to digital formats. This role involves manual meta-data indexing and quality control of incoming checks, among other tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Validate document classification and data extracted from digital documents.
  • Ensure the accuracy of automatically applied redactions on digital documents.
  • Perform manual meta-data indexing from digital documents.
  • Conduct quality control of documents converted to digital formats.
  • Validate incoming check data and perform batch total reconciliation.
  • Distribute check amounts to accounts as required by the customer.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong typing and scanning abilities.
  • General computer skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures while maintaining quality and production standards.
  • Capability to meet deadlines by working at a quick and steady pace while ensuring error-free work.
  • 1+ year of data entry experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Must take and pass a 10 Key Typing Test and Typing Test.
Work Environment

This role operates in a large facility similar to a warehouse-style building. The shift: 3nd Shift from 11pm to 8am (Sunday night-Monday Morning to Thursday night-Friday morning)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
