Job Title: Administrative Assistant 1 - Data Entry Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant 1 - Data Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced and evolving team. This role is onsite, based in Redmond, WA, and requires dedication to managing administrative tasks, particularly in the context of moving buildings and changing scope. The key responsibilities include handling new hire processes, tracking inventory, managing data entry tasks, and performing various project-based ad hoc tasks. Hard Skills
+ Minimum 2+ years experience with MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)
+ Minimum 2+ years experience with written and verbal communication
+ Minimum 1 year experience with data management (performing data entry, retrieving data, updating records and/or spreadsheets)
Soft Skills
+ Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
