Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in data analytics to join our growing team. The Product Owner will work closely with Product Management to lead a Foodbuy Technology Agile Team of developers and quality analysts to deliver value to business stakeholders. They will partner with the Scrum Master and Development Manager to ensure accountability. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is well-trained in Scaled Agile methodology, has a strong background in data analytics and is passionate about supporting the team to deliver high-quality solutions. Job Responsibilities Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to understand data and analytical needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. Work with product management to define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver value to stakeholders and customers needs. Own grooming sessions with the agile team to clarify business outcomes. Work cross-functionally to deliver data-driven analytics products that meet quality and performance standards. Analyze key performance indicators and report on the performance of analytics products to stakeholders and customers. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the product and its downstream consumers by pairing with the business and reporting team to understand the use cases. Work with run support team members to ensure uptime and that security and compliance are met within the system infrastructure. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, make recommendations for improvement and remain up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Lead demonstrations and presentations of analytics products to stakeholders and customers. Manage multiple analytics product initiatives simultaneously. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field. 3 years of experience in data product management, development, business intelligence, or data analytics. Strong communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization tools. In-depth knowledge of data models and data analytics techniques. Experience with Scaled Agile methodology or Scrum framework. Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable product roadmaps. Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
