Position: Entry Level Event Specialist
Description: The Entry Level Event Specialist will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of company events to ensure their success. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and supporting the event team in creating memorable experiences for attendees.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the event team to plan and implement events such as trade shows, conferences, and corporate meetings.
- Assist in managing event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of event needs.
- Support event setup, on-site operations, and post-event breakdown.
- Monitor and manage event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Help prepare materials, such as invitations, itineraries, and attendee packets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management tools is a bonus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Competitive salary: $700 to $968 per week.
