Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Capabilities Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and integrating a suite of tools and technologies to address the evolving capabilities needed within Cardiology, with a focus on Productivity and Salesforce utilization. You will help lead the development, enhancement and/or selection of product solutions that empower our Field Sales and Sales Operations teams, meet current and future capability needs and deliver value across Cardiology.

As a Capabilities Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Cardiology Strategy, Training, Operations & Compensation and Field Sales, including extended teams such as Medical Education and Marketing to deliver comprehensive cardiology solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and operational execution, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Cardiology tools and technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:
•Define and drive the strategic product roadmap for cardiology-related capabilities, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives, strategic plan and market demands.
•Identify and evaluate emerging tools and technologies that solve specific Productivity and Salesforce needs across Cardiology.
•Prioritize features, enhancements, and product iterations based on feedback, field needs, IT requirements, and business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•Act as the product lead and liaison between technical, commercial, and IT teams to integrate multiple tools or technologies into cohesive, innovative solutions.
•Work with IT and development teams to ensure the successful execution of product strategy, meeting timelines, budgets, and IT infrastructure requirements.
•Partner with IT to ensure technology integration, data security, and scalability of solutions across platforms.
•Collaborate with divisional experts to stay informed on the latest trends, technologies, and practices.

Market and User Needs Analysis:
•Conduct thorough market research to understand the capabilities required and anticipate future demands.
•Engage with stakeholders to gather insights on user needs and pain points, ensuring that product development is customer-driven.

Product Lifecycle Management:
•Oversee the lifecycle of tools and technology products from conception to launch and post-launch support, ensuring continuous improvement based on feedback.
•Develop clear product documentation, including product requirements, technical specifications, and go-to-market strategies.
•Monitor key performance metrics and IT-related outcomes (such as system performance, integration) to assess product success and areas for optimization.

Stakeholder Communication:
•Clearly communicate the product vision, goals, and progress to internal stakeholders.
•Present product strategies and updates to senior leadership, gaining buy-in and resources for key initiatives.
•Serve as the voice of the product, advocating for its value proposition within the Sales Operations Field Sales and IT communities.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management, marketing, computer science, information technology, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
•5+ years of experience in product management, product owner or similar background, with an emphasis on Salesforce development and/or implementation. Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in cardiology or cardiovascular technologies is a plus.
•Proven experience managing multiple tools, technologies and/or strategies to solve complex organizational needs.
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
•Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience interfacing with both technical (IT) and non-technical audiences.
•Passion for innovation in healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
