Data Analyst with Collebra Location: Bethesda, MD (Need locals, hybrid role) Long Term Project Need to clear Public Trust Clearance Previous HRSA experience is strongly preferred Education: BA/BS (or equivalent years of experience) Security Clearance Level: Public Trust HOW A DATA ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Conduct market research and define industry best practices for decision-making Creating, refining, and delivering reports and dashboards for internal or external purposes Utilize Tableau, excel, and/or other business intelligence tools Provide data analytics and key insights Highlight and define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across different sections Collaborate with a team of developers, analysts, and engineers to determine feature requests, priorities, dashboards, and solutions. Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and retrospectives to improve Agile development processes. Performing Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new features to ensure that requirements are met, and the resulting user experience works as intended. Participating in and supporting user acceptance testing and the deployment of the solution to production. Preparing and conducting presentations and training materials. Creating and maintaining documentation. Collaborate with a team of developers, analysts, and engineers to deliver on-time Agile sprint releases. Required Skills and Abilities: Experience with Collebra Experience developing dashboards using Tableau or Power Bi to create professional content Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any giventime. Good team player, able to manage multiple assignments, and adapt to changing client needs. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and part of a team Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Agile methodologies Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tool(s) Experience with Python
