Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support new facility site(s) set up and geographic location that provides company synergies
- Drive financial process standardization and policy compliance
- Justify CAPEX investments and track ROI
- Provide support for month-end reviews, forecasts, and annual operating plans
- Host regular review/ad hoc review with interdepartmental teams to provide financial insights and drive efficiency improvement
- Partner with Operations team to improve forecasting of COGS and overhead expenditures
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement, forecasts, etc.) by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
- Build financial models, presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
- Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance
- Develop, maintain, and track key metrics
- Review contractor settlement reports for accuracy and analyzes week-to-week variance
- Track settlement disputes by market and support operations towards resolution and commission changes
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or highly analytical field, or equivalent and a minimum 3 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced Excel and business modeling skills
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners and influence
- Prior experience supporting business decision making through financial analysis
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-changing and often ambiguous environment
- Knowledge of Dynamics GP, SQL, data mining, Power BI, and business intelligence tools
