Wage: $16.82/hr.

Skookum Contract Services is seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor with a positive attitude. This individual will be responsible for general cleaning and janitorial tasks.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Restroom Cleaning - sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors. Restock supplies. Collect trash and replace liners. Sweep and mop floor. Follow cross contamination procedures.
- Office Cleaning - sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
- Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning - sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
- Entrances and Exits Cleaning - sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule.
- Trash - Empty trash in office areas, lunchrooms, coffee areas, restrooms, shower/locker according to schedule.
- Supply Restocking - restock supplies according to schedule.
- Dusting - dusting in restrooms, shower/locker areas, according to schedule.
- Stairwell Cleaning - sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe handrails according to schedule.
- Shower Cleaning - clean all shower stalls, damp wipe for dust, restock supplies, mop floors following cross contamination procedures
- Janitorial Supply Closet/Locker - keep clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years Lead experience, preferably in a janitorial work setting preferred.
- Must be able to communicate with others in a courteous and helpful way.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Valid State Driver's license required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Skookum's insurance company.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances as background checks will be conducted for this position.
- Where permitted by applicable law, you must have received the COVID-19 vaccine in full by date of hire to be considered for employment (unless otherwise exempted from this policy by an approved medical or religious exemption).
