Certification Details BLS State Licensure CNOR Job Details Level One Trauma Center 30 bed OR with multiple specialties. Looking for an Ortho RN with level ONE trauma experience with ability to independently navigate multiple vendors in one case. Must be proficient in complicated joint revisions, and orthopedic poly trauma as well as train students and orientees.
