Job Title: Office Clerk Job Description The primary responsibilities include sorting paperwork, scanning and copying and prepping documents, organizing and scanning paperwork into our system, working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and performing general administrative tasks. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Skills & Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook Ability to properly handle important documents 2+ years experience in an office assistant role or similar Experience with Salesforce Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work Environment Office environment located in Hatfield, PA. The Clerical Office Assistant will work alongside two other team members who will assist with training and system acclimation. This is a fully onsite position with flexible hours, either 7-3:30 pm or 8-4:30 pm, ensuring a 40-hour workweek.
