Office Manager - DME Job Duties include:
- Oversee daily operations of the DME office, ensuring efficient workflows and processes.
- Manage inventory of durable medical equipment, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate deliveries and resolve issues.
- Schedule, supervise, and train office staff, including customer service representatives and service technicians.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment rentals, sales, and repairs.
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for document management.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair schedules.
- Prepare performance, sales, and customer satisfaction reports.
- Manage office budget and expenses.
- Organize appointments, meetings, and events as needed.
- Liaise with corporate staff to ensure seamless communication and operations.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role in a DME or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of durable medical equipment and industry trends.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to learn new technologies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Certified Durable Medical Equipment Specialist (CDME) certification is a plus.
- Ability to provide 2 professional references.
