**Job Title: General Laborer****Job Description:** General laborers will assist others on site with clean-up and prep work. They will be paired with experienced professionals to learn different trades, including commercial painting. This role involves 50% travel to various project sites.**Responsibilities:**+ Assist in site clean-up and preparation work.+ Pair with experienced professionals to learn various trades, including commercial painting.+ Perform tasks related to construction, demolition, waterproofing, and caulking.+ Utilize hand tools and follow safety protocols.+ Contribute to commercial construction projects.+ Travel to different project sites as required (50% travel).**General Duties of a Commercial Painter:**+ Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and washing walls.+ Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.+ Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.+ Protect surrounding areas and surfaces during painting projects.+ Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.+ Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.+ Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.**Essential Skills:**+ 1+ years of general labor experience on commercial construction sites.+ Willingness to learn a trade.**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**+ Previous experience in landscaping, concrete, waterproofing, carpentry, painting, caulking, or any other skilled trade.+ Experience with site clean-up.**Why Work Here?** This is a great place to start a career in a trade.
