Painter- Apartment Turns and Building Upkeep
We are looking for a process-driven and experienced Painter to join our team. You'll be responsible for visiting homes and businesses to perform interior and exterior paint jobs, including touch-ups on old paint, filling in drywall holes, and mixing paint colors. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, is familiar with scaffold assembly, using hand and power tools, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean space. Responsibilities
•Clean walls, ceiling, and trim surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and grease
•Protect floor coverings
•Patch and repair walls. Fill holes, cracks, and imperfections in walls and ceilings
•Paint ceilings, walls, doors, and trim
•Touch up walls or fully paint units prior to the resident moving in
•Clean up the work area daily, keeping a neat and tidy environment
•Communicate well with the team and collaborate to ensure the unit is ready by move-in date
Qualifications
•Applicant must have valid driver's license
•High school diploma or GED preferred
•Physical strength, stamina to stand for long periods of time, and dexterity is required
•Candidates should have strong time management, communication skills, and attention to detail
•Knowledge of basic painting materials and tools is preferred, but we will provide training
