Job Title: Powder Coat Painter The Painter in Powder Coat is responsible for preparing raw materials, operating in the paint booth to apply coatings, hanging/removing parts from the powder coating line, and packaging finished painted parts for shipment. We are seeking someone who can quickly learn various painting techniques, maintain attention to detail, and take pride in producing high-quality, finished products. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well within a team, and be flexible in handling multiple tasks to meet production needs. Strong teamwork and a cooperative attitude are essential for success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 1:15am Monday through Thursday. Overtime as required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operates and maintains paint guns, spray equipment, and other tools in the booth according to manufacturer instructions and company procedures.
- Applies paint, coatings, or powder to parts with precision, ensuring even coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitors the temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors in the paint booth to ensure optimal painting conditions.
- Ensures proper preparation of parts before painting, including masking, cleaning, and inspecting for defects.
- Conducts quality checks after painting to ensure surfaces are smooth, uniform, and meet specifications.
- Troubleshoots and resolves paint booth or equipment issues to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.

Job Qualifications:
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision while meeting all product quality requirements
- Must be willing to work overtime as required
- Requires frequent standing, walking and bending. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Pre-employment drug screening and mobility test required.
