Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate

The Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will support the Real Estate practice at a full-service law firm in West Palm Beach, focusing on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative environment. This role requires at least five years of experience in a law firm, strong title and survey skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. Exceptional technical, written, and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing real estate purchase, sale, and loan documents; coordinating transaction closings; managing closing checklists; and preparing settlement statements and title/survey memoranda. The paralegal will review title exceptions, zoning reports, and due diligence materials, including UCC/judgment searches and governmental compliance letters. Additional tasks include preparing corporate documents like consents and resolutions, conducting lease reviews, and abstracting lease terms. Post-closing duties involve preparing closing binders and handling filings or recordings.
