- Worksite Location: Prior Lake, MN (On-site)
- Contract Duration: 6 months, contract-to-hire
- Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour with benefits available
- HR Support: Oversee new hire onboarding, background checks, payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and annual performance reviews.
- Recruitment Assistance: Post jobs, source candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct phone screenings.
- Administrative Coordination: Manage office schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and oversee reception.
- Accounting Support: Process accounts payable invoices, reconcile bank statements, and support monthly benchmarking.
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies, handle correspondence, and provide backup support for payroll and accounts payable across locations.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, office administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational abilities
- Experience with ADP (or similar payroll systems) and HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a diverse workload
