Title: Office Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Managing Partner

Compensation: $80-100k

Company Description:

Our client operates as a fund with an AUM of $500 million. Their primary focus is to provide support to founders who are product-oriented and in the earliest stage of their ventures (pre-seed).

Their particular interest lies in financing rounds ranging from $100,000 to $2 million. During this stage, they can act as a leading institutional investor, collaborating with high-value angels to form the pre-seed round.

Our client believes that even before a company is established or a business model takes shape, there exists a product founder who leads with their product vision. These products are often in their early stage, occasionally mere conceptual ideas that demand significant imagination. They may lack traction and obvious market viability. However, they originate from founders who possess unconventional insights and unwavering ambitions.

The establishment of the company was driven by the desire to exclusively support these founders during their pre-seed stage, right from the very beginning of their entrepreneurial journey. They bring to the table 16 years of product experience and 7 years of institutional investment expertise.
