The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.

This position is responsible for the general upkeep of Park Avenue Facility, including its hallways, rest rooms, offices, other common areas, and resident rooms.

Essential Job Functions
    • Provides excellent internal and external customer service.
    • Cleans resident rooms: windows, walls, floors, ceilings, window treatments, pipes or ductwork on a regular basis.
    • Deep cleans resident rooms upon move outs and upon management's request.
    • Cleans all bathrooms: windows, walls, floors, ceilings, window treatments, pipes or ductwork, sinks, toilets, showers, and shower curtains.
    • Cleans all hallways, offices and common areas: windows, walls, floors, ceilings, window treatments, pipes or ductwork, pictures, bulletin boards, doors, ramps, vending machines, public phones, rugs, electronic equipment, furniture, etc.
    • Cleans dining room: windows, walls, floors, ceilings, window treatments, pipes or ductwork, pictures, bulletin boards, doors, vending machines, public phones, rugs, electronic equipment, furniture, etc.
    • Regularly empties trash as necessary.
    • Performs laundry duties for residents and laundry as part of turning rooms upon move outs.
    • Attends all required staff meetings.
    • Assists in special projects as assigned by the program manager or assistant manager.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Summary
    • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
    • Cleaning experience highly preferred.


$20.64 - $24.28 an hour

WHERE A CANDIDATE IS PLACED IN THE COMPENSATION RANGE DEPENDS ON TOTAL RELEVENT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
