Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Location (city, state): Fully onsite in Washington, DC Industry: Legal Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on experience) Background Check: Required About Our Client: A well-established law firm with a strong reputation in litigation, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment for legal professionals. Job Description: The Litigation Paralegal will play a critical role in managing litigation case workflows and supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation. This position requires a proactive approach to case management, document organization, discovery, and trial preparation. Key Responsibilities: Manage various aspects of litigation case management, including document organization, case scheduling, discovery support, and trial preparation logistics. Coordinate and lead tasks for junior paralegals and support staff on assigned cases. Engage with courts, government agencies, expert witnesses, and external vendors to support case activities. Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, and conduct legal research as requested by attorneys. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client and firm information. Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Be flexible with overtime and expect occasional travel. Qualifications: 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably at an Amlaw 100 firm or specialized litigation boutique. Proficiency in e-discovery database tools, e-filing, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
