**Hiring Finishing Carpenter Need!****1st Shift / Pay up to $29 based on experience / Weekly Pay / Twin Cities Projects****Job Description**The ideal candidate will have stick framing experience and some finish carpentry experience. Candidates will assist other carpenters with new construction builds, working on custom high-end framing and finish carpentry projects. Responsibilities will mainly be custom stick framing, while also helping with installing trim, casing, cabinets, windows, and doors as needed.**Qualifications:**+ 2 years of experience with framing and finish carpentry.+ Must have their own tools (Level, Square, cordless tools)+ Must have a valid driver's license and insurance(If they get converted into a full time employee)+ Willing to drive up to 30 miles**Employee Value Proposition (EVP)- Employee tenure average above 10+ years**- Competitive PTO- Paid Holidays- 401k plan- Milage reimbursement on projects out of the metro- Per Diem reimbursement- Additional pay for projects north of the metro**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
