Overview

We're currently seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic team. With a solid reputation in environmental engineering, particularly in water and wastewater facility planning, design, and construction, this team's focus is on fostering sustainable water supplies for communities worldwide.

As a valued member of this team, you'll be integral to various projects associated with municipal water and wastewater treatment plants. Your contributions will be instrumental in leading significant expansions of treatment facilities, conducting regional water quality analyses, and advancing essential water reuse initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Execute detailed electrical power systems design for water and wastewater treatment facilities with minimal oversight.
  • Conduct load calculations, intricate conduit routing, design motor control centers and switchgear, and develop specifications.
  • Collaborate efficiently with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in power system applications, including calculating available short circuit current, voltage drop, harmonic distortion, and power factor.
  • Hands-on experience in field investigations and project start-up.
  • Thorough understanding of NEC, NFPA 820, and NESC standards.
  • Familiarity with the IEEE color book series.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, articulate, and proactive.
  • Ability to establish positive interactions with team members.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
  • PE registration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
