Concrete Laborer

Large concrete company seeking to add talented Concrete Finishers/Laborers! Premium pay is available for those willing to travel and applicants with previous concrete finishing experience are preferred.**Job Description:**+ Prepare concrete surfaces for finishing, including cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate coatings if necessary.+ Set up forms and molds to the required dimensions, ensuring accurate measurements and levels.+ Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping with various hand and power tools.+ Apply sealants and other protective coatings to enhance durability and aesthetics.**Job Requirements:**+ Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Concrete Finisher in a construction setting.+ Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools, such as trowels, float pans, screeds, and edgers.+ Knowledge of various concrete finishing techniques, including broom finish, stamped finish, and exposed aggregate.+ Strong understanding of concrete mixing ratios, curing time, and proper handling procedures.+ Ability to read and interpret construction plans, including specifications for concrete finishing.+ Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a labor-intensive environment.+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.**Why Work Here?**+ Premium pay for travelers.+ OT available.+ Per Diem and drive time pay.+ Home every night 80% of the time, 20% in a hotel.+ Cross training and room for advancement.**Please apply with an updated resume and a phone number!****About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
