Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing electrical projects, specializing in designing custom circuit boards for applications including high-voltage ballasts, DC-DC and AC-DC converters, LED lighting, and smart control systems. The Engineers responsibilities also include embedded programming, component procurement, debugging, and diagnostics. The Electrical Engineer must drive innovation, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure designs meet quality and regulatory requirements, such as UL and FCC standards.
Responsibilities
+ Design and develop electrical circuits and systems.
+ Perform testing and validation of designs.
+ Manage engineering projects, including planning and coordination.
+ Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
+ Provide leadership and support to team members and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
+ 0-3 years of experience in electrical engineering
+ Strong written and verbal communication
Hard Skills
+ Core Electrical Engineer skillset
+ Power Supply design
+ PCB Board Design and manufacturing (DipTrace, Altium, Eagle, etc.)
+ MCU programming (Java/C/etc.)
+ Sensor usage (proximity sensors, IR)
