Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company databases and systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and helpful assistance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by following company policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline customer service and data entry processes.
- Prepare reports based on collected data and customer feedback.
- Assist in creating and updating process documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
