You will join our Control System Integration Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.What You'll BringA minimum of seven years of automation experience with HMI, SCADA, PLCs, and control system designA willingness and ability to travel for project requirements, including installation and start-up activities, client meetings, and industry events. This role may require up to 50% travel.Advanced proficiency with Allen-Bradley systems (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, PLC5, SLC500 PLCs, PanelView/PanelviewPlus HMIs, and FactoryTalk suite).Demonstrated ability to design, program, and troubleshoot complex control systems.Experience in packaging and/or process controls within the life sciences industry (preferred) or consumer products, beverage/brewery/food industries.Understanding of GxP principles, validation and change control processes, and Computer System Validation (CSV) in regulated environments.Familiarity with some or all of the following technologies: AVEVA PI, Emerson Delta V, Wonderware and/or iFIX Suites, Systech Vision and Serialization, and VisualBasic/C#/JavaEngineering consulting experience (strongly preferred)The ability to successfully interact with clientsSolid skills at troubleshooting and performing in high intensity environmentsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsA bachelor of science in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering, or a related degree (preferred)What You'll DoYou'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.Design automation control systems; develop project specifications, documentation, and drawings for a variety of high speed and other automated manufacturing processesParticipate in various automation project phases including software configuration and testing, commissioning, installation, and start-upAssume accountability for complete project execution including team leadership, SCADA design, PLC and HMI programming, and site start-up support of integrated systemsMaintain and grow solid client relationshipsTroubleshoot packaging lines, process systems, and software systemsThe ability to successfully execute multiple project responsibilities with minimal supervisionMake an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and teamOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
