Position Overview
Rider University invites applications for a Painter who will perform a variety of paint projects/requests on campus. Individual will be responsible for painting of rooms, offices, hallways, interior and exterior patches and minor repairs; maintaining stock for paint department; supervising student painters; and other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 5 years experience - Demonstrated experience mixing paints and stains, matching existing finishes (flat, matte, semi-gloss, etc.), furniture refinishing
- Demonstrated ability to work with ladders, scaffold, cherry-picker truck
- Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions -
- Valid driver's license required and satisfactory driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to meet all physical job requirements.
- Ability to supervise student workers.
- Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.
