About the Team:

VIZIO is seeking an Office Manager to join the team at our Seattle office. A successful Office Manager will have strong communication and people skills but can deliver a high level of attention to detail and organization. The Office Manager will be closely integrated with the business and will oversee several critical functions pertaining to the Seattle office with impact on the overall business.

What You Will Do:
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
  • Partner with HR to maintain company and office policies.
  • Support the Onboarding process through partnership with IT and HR to ensure a seamless job experience for new hires.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord for any office space related things such as parking, moving equipment, power, cable, internet etc.
  • Facilitate visitor check-in/check-out and ensure a positive experience and seamless logistics.
  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
  • Oversee adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, snack, and drink inventory.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
  • Maintain and monitor COVID-19 related protocols (PPE, testing, signage, etc.
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings Ex: conference rooms and travel schedules.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time to include management of contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
  • Coordinate meals for the office multiple times a week.
About You:
  • 5+ years of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills
  • Knowledge of Human Resources management practices and procedures

For Washington-based employment: The minimum pay for this position is $30.77/hr. The maximum pay for this position $39.42/hr. Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. This position is not eligible for additional benefits.
