Position Summary
This position handles the duties of a receptionist and office/administrative assistant. The incumbent is the point of contact for the suite. Duties include: answer telephones, assist with class materials, schedule appointments, type and file documents, make copies, distribute mail, order supplies, maintain student internship records, assist with events, and other administrative duties in direct support of faculty and students in the College of Business Administration. This position also assists the with student applications and files, and provides support for full-time and part-time faculty in CBA, as needed/requested by the assistant dean.
