Job Title: Controls EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer who can create PLC programs from scratch and has experience with industrial robots. Key responsibilities include creating new PLC and HMI programs for various automation equipment, building and implementing machine-level control systems, and integrating PLCs with equipment such as Stepper Motors, Industrial Lasers, Fanuc Robots, Vision Systems, and Barcode Scanners. The role also involves programming and connecting automation systems to existing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), collaborating on concept design, programming, testing, and deployment of automation systems, troubleshooting and repairing automation equipment, and designing electrical schematics and safety circuits for new automation cells. This position requires 20-25% travel.
