Job Details
**Must have experience in Data Centers**
Execute electrical designs, ensuring compliance with department procedures, standards, and client requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to plan work and manage deliverables within budget.
Review and provide feedback on designs prior to client submission, ensuring technical accuracy.
Lead technical teams, providing support and guidance to assigned staff members.
Maintain strong knowledge of codes and standards, ensuring compliance in all team activities.
Design power distribution, lighting, and emergency/standby power supply systems according to applicable codes and standards.
Develop innovative engineering solutions for diverse projects, coordinating with other design team members.
Manage budgets and scope of work for projects.
Perform construction administration tasks, including site visits, field reports, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews.
Conduct studies and site surveys to inform conceptual designs and equipment requirements.
Actively manage technical tasks and project efforts within the Electrical Team, maintaining alignment with client expectations and budget constraints.
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skill Requirements:
Exceptional knowledge of Excel, Revit, SKM, AGI 32, and AMPCALC 4.
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership experience and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE preferred) and licensure in MA within one year.
Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in MEP consulting, design-build, or construction.
PE license required; LEED accreditation preferred.
