Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Job Description: Maintain electrical systems of plant equipment (conveyors, rollers, mixers) and perform light facilities work (light fixtures). Responsibilities: Maintain electrical systems of plant equipment. Perform light facilities work. Troubleshoot and repair heavy electrical systems (AC/DC motor controls, 3-phase motor controls). Maintain control systems and gearboxes. Work with 480V electrical systems. Conduct preventive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics. Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills. Essential Skills: Extensive experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. Proficient in industrial electrical systems. Experience with heavy electrical systems (480V, 3-phase motor controls). Skilled in maintaining control systems and gearboxes. Knowledgeable in AC/DC motor controls and electrical power distribution. Proficient in hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. PLC troubleshooting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in preventive maintenance.
