Additional Requirements: - Maintain confidentiality and positive patient relations.- Interact continuously with patients, family members, Medical Staff members, and other department managers.- Follow aseptic procedures and precautions during direct patient contact.- Teach patients both pre- and post-operation.- Adhere to safety guidelines and policies.
