Job Title: Desk Side Support
Location: Hebron, Kentucky
Schedule: Full Time -
Second Shift 2-10pm M-F
Travel: No
Description & Requirement:
Provide Deskside Support including general computer hardware and software troubleshooting Request, enable and setup accounts and access for new users Install standard image for new and re-image systems Configure (hardware, software) client computers prior to installation Maintain and troubleshooting local Zebra and HP printers and handheld scanners Support warehouse application and hardware systems including a Pick to Light and Print and Apply System (training will be provided, interest in learning is necessary.) Receive and organize asset inventory Deliver/Install Assets Terminate, dispose of, relocate assets as needed Provide IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) services for all desktops, laptops, and other related devices Provide technical assistance during install/conversion as requested for in-house and remote users
Manage IT Ticket Queue of requests to meet the SLA requirement Coordinate with next Level support for any open issues Willing to work different shifts as needed Tier 1 support for Network/LAN/Telephony 2+ years desk side support experience preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers A+ Certification preferred US Citizen or Permanent Resident required Onsite Support, not remote
