We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help our team thrive.


The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and facilitating communication within the team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent organisational skills, and is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, workshops, and team-building exercises.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked and organized, ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Perform research and provide administrative support for special projects.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with team members and clients.
  • Experience with office management systems and procedures is a plus.
