Our client is a well established distribution company in Salem, NH and they are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to assist their small team. This role sits at the front reception area and you will deal with all reception duties as well as handle the admin work dealing with container tracking. This role is an integral part of the company. We are looking for someone detail oriented, good with paperwork, Microsoft Excel and Power BI, Power Query and Power Query. Location - Salem, NH Temporary to Hire role Hours - Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm Pay Rate - $25/hr to $30/hr If you have the qualifications and are interested, please today by emailing Georgia.Demers@Randstadusa.com or calling her at 603-836-0349 salary: $25 - $28 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments and deliveries Greet people entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations File and maintain records Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries Order and replenish office supplies as needed Operate office equipment such as fax machine, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications Will support the planning team with: Container tracking (related to the goods that are shipped to them from overseas) Will be dealing with a lot of paperwork Will work in Excel and Word and SAP - experience with Power BI or Power Query is a huge plus Client is looking for someone who has good investigative skills and who is proactive SAP experience is ideal but not required to be considered Skills Microsoft Excel Receptionist Duties SAP ordering office supplies Administrative Duties Microsoft Office Answering Phones reporting Microsoft PowerPoint Power BI Reporting Power Query Administrative Support Maintaining Calendars Multi-tasking Working Independently Purchase Orders Expense Reports travel arrangements Travel Arrangements Handling Confidential Information Creating Presentations Scheduling Appointments Preparing Agendas Organization Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
