Job Title: Senior Data Analyst (Hybrid/Remote - US)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) or Remote (US)

Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 per year


About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a dynamic and fast-growing healthcare startup. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join a high-impact Data & Analytics team that works cross-functionally with the entire organization. You will help build and maintain data pipelines and analytics solutions using SQL, dbt, and Looker, enabling the company to gain insights into its patient population and drive informed decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Growth, Product, and Development teams, providing strategic support and delivering actionable insights to improve business operations, financial performance, and patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, dbt, and Looker
  • Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to support Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams
  • Collaborate with Product-Development teams to understand and analyze data from internal applications
  • Communicate findings effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including peers, engineers, operations, and external clients
  • Engage in continuous learning about healthcare delivery workflows and contribute to optimizing the company’s analytics platform


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt and Looker
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and visualizations to support business functions (Operations, Finance, or Clinical teams)
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excitement about working in a fast-paced startup environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Product-Dev teams to understand data generated by internally-built applications
  • Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub)
  • Experience in early-stage startups (Seed or Series A)
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (Claims, ADT, etc.)
  • Understanding of healthcare delivery systems and operational workflows

Compensation:
