One of our direct clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Systems Analyst to focus on Payer Access Pull-through strategies within our US Access & Commercial Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Payer Access pull-through tools and processes, collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization, and driving innovative solutions to improve commercial operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication, strategic thinking, UX/UI design experience, and data analysis skills to deliver actionable insights and optimize the performance of commercial systems, particularly those integrated with Veeva CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, define objectives, and align strategies related to Payer Access Pull Through.
• Process & Tool Evaluation: Analyze existing Payer Access Pull Through processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Strategic Initiative Development: Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Payer Access pull-through across the commercial organization.
• Trend Analysis & Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities within the Payer Access landscape.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with End-to-End (E2E) teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment of strategies and goals across the organization.
• UX/UI Design: Leverage hands-on experience with UX/UI to contribute to the development and design of user-friendly tools and systems, including those integrated with Veeva CRM.
• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights related to Payer Access Pull Through activities.
• Reporting & Presentations: Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in payer contracting, access, and pull-through strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Payer Access Pull Through in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive actionable solutions.
• UX/UI Experience: Hands-on experience with UX/UI design, with the ability to contribute to the development of user-centric tools and systems.
• Data Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI), with a focus on deriving insights to inform business decisions.
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with Veeva CRM or comparable field force CRM tools.
• Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
