DraftNote Design We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage data entry tasks while providing exceptional support to customers. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and update customer information into the company database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
