Using production equipment to fabricate doors and working on an assembly line. The role requires standing up to 8-10 hours per day, working any shift required, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities- Operate small and large machines in the production of doors.
- Work on door assembly line building doors.
- Inspect all products for quality.
- Machine doors for hardware installation.
- Prepare and handle materials.
- Stage and package finished products for delivery.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety rules.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with mechanical assembly and production.
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work consistently.
- Past experience in commercial woodworking (doors, millwork, cabinets, etc.).
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- General knowledge of building materials.
- Ability to perform simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
