Summary
Develops recruitment strategies and procedures to achieve staffing objectives. Evaluates candidates, advises hiring managers, and meet recruitment key performance indicators. You will also collaborate with management to optimize the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishes recruiting strategies by understanding organization plans and objectives, communicating with managers and listening to feedback from other HR team members.
- Builds applicant sources by researching, contacting and building relationships with colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and social media site contacts.
- Preparing and posting captivating job descriptions to online job boards and/or circulating them via other channels, such as social media.
- Analyzing and improving existing talent acquisition procedures.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing candidate qualifications to respective job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranges travel, lodging, and meals and escorting applicant to interview rooms.
- Improves organization processes by providing feedback on policies, job offers, and compensation and benefits packages.
- Support the onboard of candidates, includes the scheduling and facilitation of the initial orientation and onboarding schedule.
- Develops interview training for hiring managers and counsel them on areas for improvement.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation and enforces regulations with hiring managers.
- Updates personal job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.

Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 7+ years of prior recruitment or total HR experience, preferred
Language Ability
- Ability to write correspondence and to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees is required.
Math Ability
- Basic math skills are required.
Reasoning Ability
- Must be highly organized and able to respond quickly and effectively in changing situations.
- Communication, negotiation, and consultation skills
- Self-management, dedication, flexibility, resilience, confidentiality, willingness to travel
Computer Skills
- Computer literacy in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail, Applicant Tacking System, HRIS
