We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to oversee all marketing systems and assets to enhance client experiences and elevate our luxury real estate brand. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales and admin teams to ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand and support our business objectives. You’ll contribute to existing initiatives while helping to develop new campaigns aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate has experience in communications, digital marketing, advertising, design, branding, and social media. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational abilities, and attention to detail are a must. Lead and manage marketing initiatives, including mailings, social media, website content, community events, property listings, and client engagement. Oversee and optimize marketing automation tools, CRM systems (Follow Up Boss), and digital platforms to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation across departments. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that elevate brand presence and position Andersen Group Realty as a leader in the luxury real estate market. Plan and coordinate internal and external client/community events, including managing logistics, registrations, vendor relationships, and marketing materials. Regularly update and refine company marketing materials, including presentations, consultation guides, and property listing brochures. Create and design presentations for speaking engagements and events. Organize and help agents prepare for listing appointments and meetings (e.g., comparative market analysis, home selling consultation guides, etc.) Serve as the primary point of contact to coordinate all details needed to prepare a property to be listed on the market. Foster client relationships and attend to their needs in a timely, friendly, helpful fashion; take ownership of handling any issues that arise for them, involving the agent only when necessary. Create marketing collateral to promote new company listings to the market to sell. Qualifications

Education:

B.S./B.A. in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a real estate or luxury services environment. Project Management:

Proven ability to coordinate and execute marketing projects across social media, advertising, brand management, and event planning. Adaptability:

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to drive alignment and proactively solve problems with sound business judgment. Creative Skills:

Strong experience in content creation, creative writing, advertising concepts, and design. Organizational Skills:

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Communication Skills:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail, copywriting, and proofreading expertise. Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with tools such as MailChimp, Hootsuite, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CRM systems. Professionalism:

Able to interact professionally with clients, handle sensitive situations with grace, and maintain a polished and approachable demeanor. Team Player:

Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support the team and help the organization grow. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the Winchester, MA office. Compensation
