Creative Designer, Beauty & Cosmetics Position Overview We are seeking a talented and versatile

Beauty-Focused Multidisciplinary Designer

with advanced skills in digital, print, and 3D design to bring our cosmetics brand’s creative vision to life. This role demands a forward-thinking designer with strong technical expertise, particularly in SketchUp, who can seamlessly produce exceptional work across various platforms. The ideal candidate will excel at interpreting and enhancing brand guidelines to create visually captivating assets, blending creativity and precision to ensure cohesive and innovative brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities Digital & Print Design Production

Create dynamic, on-trend graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, POS displays, and packaging that capture the energy and aesthetic of our beauty and culture-driven brand. Bring fresh ideas to life, crafting designs that not only reflect the brand's youthful vibe but also connect with our audience on an emotional level. Ensure brand consistency across digital and print media while adapting to the latest trends and customer expectations. 3D Design & Visualization

Support the creation of eye-catching 3D renderings for in-store displays, product mock-ups, and retail environments using

SketchUp

as the preferred 3D software. Contribute to designing innovative product displays and spatial concepts that highlight the beauty brand’s ethos and enhance the consumer experience. Collaborate with production teams to seamlessly integrate 3D assets into both physical and digital presentations. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

Work closely with the Creative Director, product teams, and marketing to understand campaign goals and ensure alignment with our brand’s voice and youthful energy. Partner with designers and copywriters to bring creative ideas to the table, enriching the visual storytelling and engaging the audience. Lead and facilitate creative discussions with cross-functional teams to generate fresh ideas and elevate design outcomes. Technical Precision & Production Expertise

Prepare digital and print files for production, ensuring high-quality execution that stays true to the creative vision. Manage color profiles, resolution, and output requirements, ensuring smooth transitions from design concepts to physical products. Coordinate with vendors to produce top-tier print materials, as well as assist with 3D production elements. Project Management & Organization

Handle multiple creative projects at once, ensuring timely delivery without compromising creativity or quality. Prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently, keeping the team organized and ensuring assets are accessible to all relevant teams. Technical Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a solid understanding of

SketchUp

for 3D modeling. Experience with other 3D software like Blender, Rhino, or Maya is a plus. Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of digital, print, and 3D production processes. Preferred Skills

Strong grasp of typography, branding, and visual aesthetics, particularly within the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle sectors. A portfolio demonstrating creative, multidisciplinary work across digital, print, and 3D that showcases both innovation and brand consistency, with a focus on youth culture and beauty. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field Demonstrated experience in a mid to high-level graphic design role, preferably with exposure to the cosmetics or beauty industry Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong time management and organizational skills with a graphic design mindset Ability to thrive under deadlines and in high-pressure situations Accept direction with an impeccable attention to detail and appreciation for aesthetics Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a graphic designer's collaborative spirit A portfolio showcasing your best work If you are an imaginative
