Merchology seeks a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for our Minnesota Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, our Warehouse Associates ensure Merchology products are professionally and purposefully received, customized and/or shipped to the satisfaction of our domestic and international customers. This position is a great opportunity to join Merchology during our busiest time of the year from September to December/January.

Shift: 1st: Monday to Friday, 5:30AM - 2:00PM

2nd: Monday to Thursday, 2:00PM to 11:30pm, Friday, 2:00PM to 6:00PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful Warehouse Associate will:

• Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.
• May work in receiving, machine operation, inventory picking/packing, or shipping (as determined by need and skills/experience).
• May be tasked with running a variety of production machines.
• May create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors.
• May need to accurately generate shipping labels and packing slips.
• Troubleshoot customer issues.
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
• Basic computer skills
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite, HubSpot, ShipHawk preferred
• Spanish bilingual a plus
