Position: Executive Assistant
In this role, you will support the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and Executive Leadership Team with a variety of administrative and project management tasks. You'll act as the primary point of contact for key communications, manage schedules, coordinate board meetings, and assist with special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between staff, Board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Coordinate Board of Directors projects and administrative needs.
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, correspondence, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Provide administrative support for Board meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and technology setup.
- Maintain the agency’s bylaws, policies, and online Board portal.
- Support special projects and agency events.
- Assist other departments and provide expert-level support for MS Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of high-level administrative and executive support experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Adobe, project management, and video conferencing platforms.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
Work Schedule: This position requires in-office work Monday through Friday, with the possibility of hybrid telework (up to two days per week) after the completion of a 90-day introductory period.
