RSC2 is looking for a Risk Manager/Integrated Master Scheduler to join our growing team in Hanover, MD to support the EW&C Team!
We are seeking a professional Risk Manager/Master Scheduler with experience in application of scheduling methodologies to government acquisition programs to provide risk management in advancing offensive cyber programs to maintain US Dominance on the World Stage.
This is an opportunity to be involved in the newly formed PM Cyber & Space and be a part of the rapidly growing Cyber Development Product Office responsible for key capabilities within the offensive cyber operations world.
Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with program teams in identifying, analyzing, assessing, and communicating risk, and recommending courses of action to avoid or minimize program impact.
- Support to team on risk management best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends and developments in risk management.
- Development and maintenance of master schedules for systems acquisition and development.
- Detailed, ongoing coordination with program and project leaders, and development contractors.
Requirements: MUST HAVE
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years related experience.
- Eight (8) years’ experience developing schedules for the design, development, testing and evaluation of software intensive tactical C4ISR systems.
- Five (5) years providing risk analysis and mitigation plans for complex, large-scale systems.
- Three (3) years managing government technical acquisition programs.
- Three (3) years experience as a Risk Manager within a DoD enterprise environment.
- Expertise with MS Project and the full suite of MS Office applications.
- Expertise with Confluence, JIRA, and Agile methodologies and platforms.
- Expertise with the content and application of DoD 5000 life cycle acquisition requirements.
- Excellent communications skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Previous SETA experience within a government PMO.
- Familiarity with tactical-level electronic warfare and C5ISR concepts and programs.
- Previous management of government technical acquisition programs.
- Experience with Risk Management Tools, Metrics and Reporting.
