Job Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading complex business analysis activities, providing actionable insights, and facilitating communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will work on high-impact projects, analyze business needs, and develop solutions to enhance business performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: o Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements and functional specifications for various projects. o Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business needs and system requirements. o Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement documents, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and use cases. Process Improvement: o Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. o Design and model business processes using tools such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or similar. o Implement and support process changes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions. o Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track and communicate project and business performance. o Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Project Management Support: o Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. o Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. o Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and external vendors. Stakeholder Management: o Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle. o Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. o Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences. Change Management: o Support change management efforts by helping stakeholders adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies. o Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and support documentation. o Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new solutions within the organization. Compliance and Quality Assurance: o Ensure that solutions and processes comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. o Perform quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate that solutions meet business needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and driving business improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, BPMN, and Agile/Scrum. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. Experience with project management principles and practices is desirable. Experience in the Financial Industry is a BIG plus.
