Business System Analyst I

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business System Analyst I to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days/week onsite. In this role, youll help define technical and business needs, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer objectives. What you'll do: Identify and define customer needs in both technical and business contexts. Ensure technical and business solutions meet customer goals. Requirements and Qualifications: Basic understanding of standard industry practices and IT processes. Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge of how IT impacts business operations and processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with test plans, project plans, and design documents.
