SQL Developer

Akkodis is seeking a SQL Developer for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) . You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable database schema and processes to support the Enterprise Data Incident Management system. Rate Range: $55/hour to $65/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. SQL Developer job responsibilities include: Designing and developing efficient and scalable database schema, tables, and views to support the Enterprise Data Incident Management system. Performing data processing, testing, and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in web applications and Tableau reporting. Optimizing database performance to support thousands of concurrent users and ensuring rapid response times. Ensuring fault tolerance and recovery mechanisms are built into database designs. Collaborating with product owners and team members in an Agile environment to deliver assigned stories within sprint timelines. Providing user support and troubleshooting issues as needed. Writing and testing PL/SQL scripts, and ETL processes, and ensuring data integration from various upstream systems. Participating in daily standups, providing status updates, and engaging in Agile ceremonies. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in database development, data integration, and database testing. Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and MS SQL Server.
